Directions to the CSCS Card, Health & Safety Card, Test Centre in Edinburgh:

At the large roundabout at the top of Leith Walk near the St. James centre, take the turn to go down Leith Walk. After a few yards (opposite the Playhouse Theatre) take first left down Union Street. Cairncross House is located on the right hand side near the foot of the hill.

Please be aware there are road works at the large roundabout. Delays are to be expected.

Union Street has been also been closed to cars due to further roadworks and can only be accessed by foot.

Your confirmation has your CSCS Test start time; you must arrive at the CSCS Test centre at least fifteen minutes before the test time. If you are late you may not be tested and no refund can be given for lateness.

What to take with you to a CSCS Test Centre:

Identification:It is important that you take identification with you, the rule at any test centre is "No ID No Test"

Acceptable ID is:

Photo Card Driving Licence
A valid UK only driving licence showing their photograph and signature.

Passport Of any nationality with a photograph of the examinee and their signature.

If you have no suitable ID you will not be tested, and this is a non refundable service.
