Directions to the CSCS Card, Health & Safety Card, Test Centre in Guildford:

From the Railway Station: Turn right out of station main entrance. Bear left down the hill towards the Friary Shopping Centre, turn right and then left up North Street. Number 71 is about 120 yards up on the right, opposite HSBC Bank and at the far end of Laura Ashley. There is a pink sign visible above the entrance which says "Sally".

From the Bus Station: Bearing right as you leave your bus will bring you into North Street. Turn left and walk up about 100 yards. Number 71 is on the right, opposite HSBC Bank and at the far end of Laura Ashley. 

Your confirmation has your CSCS Test start time; you must arrive at the CSCS Test centre at least fifteen minutes before the test time. If you are late you may not be tested and no refund can be given for lateness.

What to take with you to a CSCS Test Centre:

Identification:It is important that you take identification with you, the rule at any test centre is "No ID No Test"

Acceptable ID is:

Photo Card Driving Licence
A valid UK only driving licence showing their photograph and signature.

Passport Of any nationality with a photograph of the examinee and their signature.

If you have no suitable ID you will not be tested, and this is a non refundable service.
