Directions to the CSCS Card, Health & Safety Card, Test Centre in Ipswich:

Pearson Professional Centre is situated on the second floor in Hubbard House, which is located along Civic Drive (opposite New Wolsey Theatre), close to the Norwich Road/Civic Drive roundabout. Access to Hubbard house is via the main entrance off Civic Drive. The centre is approximately a 25 minute walk from Ipswich Rail station and 13 minute walk from either Cattlemarket or Sailmaker Bus terminals. To enter the building, press the intercom located on the left hand side of the main door. A lift or stairs are available to the second floor. Pay and Display Car parking is available off the Civic Roundabout (next to New Wolsey Theatre). Look for spiral underground car park. Above ground parking is also available at this car park.

Ipswich Rail Station
At pedestrian crossing, straight ahead onto Princes Street. Continue for 1/2 mile to 3rd set of traffic lights. At crossroads cross the road and turn left onto Civic Drive. Continue along Civic Drive (AXA building on left hand side) crossing first roundabout. New Wolsey Theatre is on right hand side of road. Continue along Civic Drive 50 metres then take ramp to underpass, On Access to underpass follow sign for Norwich Road. On exit from underpass follow sign for Civic Drive. Hubbard House is on right hand side.

Sailmakers Bus Terminal
Turn left out of Bus Station onto Crown Street. Continue along Crown Street and across crossroads, at bend in road, road name changes to St Matthews Street. At roundabout take pedestrian underpass stairs. For underpass ramp access turn left onto Civic Drive and ramp is on left hand side. On access to underpass follow signs for Norwich Road. On exit from underpass follow sign for Civic Drive. Hubbard House is on right hand side.

Cattlemarket Bus Terminal
Turn left out of bus station onto Dogs Head Street, go across mini roundabout onto Falcon Street. At crossroads straight across onto Friars Street. Continue to follow road (skirting Willis Coroon glass building), the road changes to Princes Street. At Crossroads turn right onto Civic Drive. Continue along Civic Drive and go across roundabout. New Wolsey Theatre is on right hand side. Continue along Civic Drive 50 metres then take underpass ramp, On Access to underpass follow signs for Norwich Road. On exit from underpass follow sign for Civic Drive. Hubbard House is on right hand side.

Your confirmation has your CSCS Test start time; you must arrive at the CSCS Test centre at least fifteen minutes before the test time. If you are late you may not be tested and no refund can be given for lateness.
