Directions to the CSCS Card, Health & Safety Card, Test Centre in Staines:

From the Staines mainline train station - enter into Kingston Road and turn left, walk about 300 yards and the test centre is located above the mobility centre which is called "Clearwell Mobility" and opposite the Police Station. Use the front door on the right hand side, near the car park entrance. There is also a bus stop directly outside the test centre. There is parking at the rear but only use Pearson Parking spaces.

Your confirmation has your CSCS Test start time; you must arrive at the CSCS Test centre at least fifteen minutes before the test time. If you are late you may not be tested and no refund can be given for lateness.

What to take with you to a CSCS Test Centre:

Identification:It is important that you take identification with you, the rule at any test centre is "No ID No Test"

Acceptable ID is:

Photo Card Driving Licence
A valid UK only driving licence showing their photograph and signature.

Passport Of any nationality with a photograph of the examinee and their signature.

If you have no suitable ID you will not be tested, and this is a non refundable service.
