Situated about 20 minutes walk from the main bus station in Hanley or bus number 18 will bring you close to the test centre. Town Road can be accessed by car from Potteries Way. Whittle Court is about 200 metres along Town Road going out of Hanley town centre towards Smallthorne. The entrance to Whittle Court is beside Bennett House (the Immigration Appellate Authority)

Your confirmation has your CSCS Test start time; you must arrive at the CSCS Test centre at least fifteen minutes before the test time. If you are late you may not be tested and no refund can be given for lateness.

What to take with you to a CSCS Test Centre:

Identification:It is important that you take identification with you, the rule at any test centre is "No ID No Test"

Acceptable ID is:

Photo Card Driving Licence
A valid UK only driving licence showing their photograph and signature.

Passport Of any nationality with a photograph of the examinee and their signature.

If you have no suitable ID you will not be tested, and this is a non refundable service.
