Directions to the CSCS Card, Health & Safety Card, Test Centre in Uxbridge:

The Pavilion Shopping centre is located in the centre of Uxbridge. The London Underground is directly opposite the Pavillions, and the bus station is located in Baker Road. From Baker Road head directly into Baker Yards, continue for 200 yards and the Pavillions will be directly opposite.

The Pavillions offers pay & display parking - Once in the Pavillions maps are provided and you should head for unit 5/7.

Your confirmation has your CSCS Test start time; you must arrive at the CSCS Test centre at least fifteen minutes before the test time. If you are late you may not be tested and no refund can be given for lateness.

What to take with you to a CSCS Test Centre:

Identification:It is important that you take identification with you, the rule at any test centre is "No ID No Test"

Acceptable ID is:

Photo Card Driving Licence
A valid UK only driving licence showing their photograph and signature.

Passport Of any nationality with a photograph of the examinee and their signature.

If you have no suitable ID you will not be tested, and this is a non refundable service.
